User Agreement

IFME RAW User Agreement

Welcome to IFME RAW ("IFME", "the App"). Please read this User Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between you (the "User") and MFASTA Inc (the "Operator"), the operator of IFME, and governs your use of the App.

2. Service Description

IFME is a professional camera app for iPhone offering full manual exposure control, manual focus with focus peaking, RAW capture (Apple ProRAW / DNG), a live histogram, cinematic film looks baked into capture, a RAW editor, composition guides, and low-light exposure bracketing.

  • Supported devices: iPhone with iOS 15.0 or later.
  • The App is free to download; professional features are unlocked through the IFME RAW membership subscription.
  • The App has no account, no ads, and no tracking. By using the App you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

3. IFME RAW Membership

  1. What it unlocks: IFME RAW unlocks the App's full set of professional features.
  2. Period and price: IFME RAW is an annual subscription. The price is the amount displayed by the App Store at the time of your purchase. We may adjust the subscription price; if the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance through its mechanisms, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  3. Free trial: First-time subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, the annual subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Please note: if you purchase a subscription during the trial period, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
  4. Auto-renewal: The subscription auto-renews within 24 hours before the current period ends, charged to your App Store account. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation keeps your access until the end of the current period.
  5. Restore purchases: After reinstalling or switching devices, you can restore your subscription through "Restore Purchases" in the App. If there is nothing to restore, the App will show "No purchases to restore".
  6. Refunds: Refunds follow Apple's refund policy and must be requested through official Apple channels. Where applicable law grants you statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights prevail.

4. Relationship with Apple

  1. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store; your use of the App Store and digital content remains subject to your existing agreements with Apple (including the Apple Media Services Terms).
  2. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no obligations or liability under it.
  3. This Agreement governs only the rights and obligations between you and the Operator regarding the App; it does not alter any arrangement between you and Apple.

5. User Content and License

  1. Photos and RAW files you capture with the App belong to you.
  2. To enable the App's capture, save, and editing features, you grant us a limited license to process the above content on your device. All processing happens locally; we never copy, transmit, or store your photos or RAW files on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. The App itself — including but not limited to its software code, interface design, film look recipes, and documentation — is owned by the Operator or its respective right holders.
  2. Except for the rights expressly granted in this Agreement, no other intellectual property license is granted to you.

7. Rules of Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

  1. Capture, produce, or distribute content that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others;
  2. Reverse-engineer, crack, tamper with, or circumvent the App's subscription verification;
  3. Interfere with the normal operation of the App in any way.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties regarding its fitness or uninterrupted availability.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
  3. Capture results depend on device hardware and lighting conditions; we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be announced in app release notes. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

The formation, validity, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
