IFME RAW Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IFME RAW ("IFME", "the App", an iOS application operated by MFASTA Inc) collects, uses, and protects your information.

Core commitment: no account, no ads, no tracking. IFME requires no registration or login, contains no advertising, and includes no third-party analytics or behavioral-tracking SDKs. Your photos and RAW files stay on your device and are never uploaded. The only third-party SDK is Tencent Bugly, used solely for crash analysis (its collection scope is described in Section 1).

1. Information We Collect

IFME requests permissions and data only to the extent required to deliver its features:

  1. Camera access: used for framing and capturing photos (including RAW). IFME uses the camera only when you actively shoot; nothing from your viewfinder ever leaves your device.
  2. Photo library access: used to save captured photos and RAW files to your system album, and to read photos you select from your library for viewing and editing.
  3. Location (optional): used to write the GPS coordinates of a capture into the photo's EXIF. You can choose Off / Coarse / Fine precision in the settings panel and revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings.
  4. Purchase records: IFME RAW membership is fulfilled through the Apple App Store (StoreKit). Payment information, subscription status, and renewals are handled by Apple; we do not collect your payment credentials.
  5. Crash and diagnostic data: the App integrates the Tencent Bugly crash-analysis SDK (bugly.qq.com) solely to find and diagnose crashes in the wild. On first launch, the App first shows a separate privacy consent screen. The App initializes Bugly only after you explicitly tap "Agree and Continue". If you do not agree, Bugly is not initialized and does not collect data. Bugly reports only when the App crashes or terminates abnormally (for example, killed by the system or out of memory), and reports only: the crash call stack, the iOS system version, the App version, and the screen you were on when the crash occurred. The SDK's optional personal-information collection is disabled, including device model, region, memory and disk space, CPU, network or Wi-Fi state, and jailbreak status. The iOS system version is necessary information in the crash report described above. The App has no account system, so this data is not linked to any identity. It is not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising, and it contains no photo content. You can review diagnostic sharing for the whole system in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements; uninstalling the App stops all further reporting.
  6. Information you provide when contacting us: when you reach out via support@mfasta.com, the email address and details you voluntarily provide are used solely to support you.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

  • No account system: no registration, no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, nickname, or avatar.
  • No ad tracking: no ads, no ad SDKs, no cross-app tracking, no device fingerprinting.
  • No analytics or profiling: the app contains no usage-analytics, event-tracking, or device-fingerprinting frameworks. The only third-party SDK is Tencent Bugly, which serves crash analysis only. Its optional personal-information collection is disabled, and it sends only the crash-report information listed in Section 1, item 5.
  • No photo uploads: your photos and RAW (DNG/ProRAW) files are processed and stored on-device. They never leave your device unless you actively share them through the system share sheet.
  • No sale of personal information: we do not sell or rent your personal information in any form.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above only to:

  1. Provide core features — capture, save, edit;
  2. Verify membership subscription status and restore purchases;
  3. Respond to your support requests.
  4. Find and fix crashes in the wild and keep the App stable.

Photos never leave the device: your photos, RAW (DNG/ProRAW) files, and captures are never uploaded and are never transmitted to any data center or transferred across borders. The only exception is the crash diagnostic data described in Section 1, item 5: when a crash occurs it is uploaded to Tencent Bugly's servers to produce a crash report. It contains no photo content and nothing that identifies you.

4. Storage

  • Where: all captured content is stored on your device (and in your device's system photo library). Nothing is stored on our servers.
  • How long: you manage your photos and RAW files yourself; deleting a photo removes it from your device. Subscription transaction records are retained by Apple per its privacy policy.
  • Security: IFME holds no copies of your photos or personal information, so there is no server-side data to breach. Crash reports are the exception: they are retained by Tencent Bugly and contain only call stacks and version numbers, with no photo content and no account identifier, and cannot be used to identify you.

5. Third-Party Services

IFME interacts with the following third parties:

| Service | Purpose | Data involved | | --- | --- | --- | | Apple App Store / StoreKit | Subscription purchase, renewal, restore | Purchase receipts managed by Apple | | Apple Photos / iCloud Photos | Photo saving and (if enabled) system-level sync | Managed by Apple, per Apple's privacy policy | | Tencent Bugly (crash analysis) | Collect crash stacks and system version to diagnose crashes in the wild | Crash call stack, iOS system version, App version, screen at time of crash |

iCloud Photos sync happens only if you enable it in system settings; it is handled by Apple and unrelated to us.

Apart from Tencent Bugly, IFME contains no other third-party SDKs. Tencent Bugly is provided by Tencent; crash data is transmitted to its servers to produce crash reports. That data contains no account identifier and cannot be used to identify you. Uninstalling the App fully stops this reporting.

6. Your Rights and Controls

  • Permissions: you can enable or disable IFME's camera, photo library, and location access at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Location: set Location Tagging to Off in the app's settings panel.
  • Deleting content: delete any IFME photo from your system photo library at any time; it cannot be recovered through IFME afterward.
  • Canceling subscription: cancel IFME RAW auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Deleting data: since we hold none of your personal data, no account-deletion process exists; uninstalling the app removes all local data.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: because there is no account system, you directly control your photos and settings on your device. If you need help managing data on your device, or have any question about our data practices under this policy, contact us anytime via the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

IFME is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App has no account system, and the only data that may leave your device is the crash diagnostic data described in Section 1, item 5. That data is sent only after you give explicit consent, its optional personal-information collection is disabled, and it contains nothing that identifies a child.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and content on this page. Material changes will also be announced in app release notes.
