User Agreement

IFME Cam User Agreement

Welcome to IFME Cam (the "App"). Please read this User Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between you (the "User") and MFASTA Inc (the "Operator"), the operator of IFME Cam, and governs your use of the App.

2. Service Description

IFME Cam is a retro camera app for iPhone that recreates the look and feel of film photography, offering classic camera filters, customizable watermarks and frames, and a vintage gallery to organize your photos along a timeline.

  • Supported devices: iPhone with iOS 15.0 or later.
  • The App is free to download, with three film cameras free to shoot; the remaining cameras, filters, and effects are unlocked through the IFME PRO membership subscription.
  • You sign in with your Apple account, and subscription payments are handled through Apple App Store billing. The current version of the App is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store; if future versions are distributed through other platforms (such as Google Play), the corresponding versions may use that platform's payment system, and payments and refunds for purchases made through such platforms will follow that platform's policies.
  • Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Account

  1. Sign-in: The App uses Apple Sign-In. You sign in with your Apple ID, and no separate App password is required. The security of your Apple ID is governed by your existing agreement with Apple.
  2. Account security: Keep your device and Apple ID secure. You are responsible for activities that occur through your account. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, contact us and Apple immediately.
  3. Account deletion: You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@mfasta.com. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 15 business days. Account deletion is irreversible; once your account is deleted, we will stop providing you with related services.

4. IFME PRO Membership

  1. What it unlocks: Five film cameras are free to shoot; IFME PRO unlocks every remaining camera — including member-exclusive models — plus premium filters and effects.
  2. Period and price: IFME PRO is an auto-renewing subscription that renews at the end of each billing cycle. The billing cycle and price are as displayed by the App Store at the time of your purchase. We may adjust the subscription price; if the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance through its mechanisms, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  3. Free trial: First-time subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price displayed in the App Store and continues each billing cycle thereafter. Please note: if you purchase a subscription during the trial period, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
  4. Auto-renewal: The subscription auto-renews within 24 hours before the current period ends, charged to your App Store account. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation keeps your access until the end of the current period.
  5. Restore purchases: After reinstalling or switching devices, you can restore your subscription through "Restore Purchases" in the App.

5. Refunds

  1. For the version distributed through the Apple App Store, all subscription charges are collected by Apple through your App Store account, and refunds follow Apple's refund policy and must be requested through official Apple channels (for example, reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support). If future versions are distributed through other platforms (such as Google Play), purchases made through such platforms will follow that platform's payment and refund policies.
  2. First renewal billing cycle: If you are charged for the first renewal billing cycle after the free trial, you may request a refund of that charge by contacting us at support@mfasta.com within that billing cycle. The refund is issued through Apple to your original payment method, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the whole days remaining in that billing cycle, and does not exceed the amount actually charged. If you do not request it within the first renewal billing cycle, the refund for that cycle is deemed waived. We generally review and respond to refund requests within 15 business days.
  3. Where applicable law grants you statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights prevail.

6. Relationship with Apple

  1. The App is currently distributed through the Apple App Store; your use of the App Store and digital content remains subject to your existing agreements with Apple (including the Apple Media Services Terms).
  2. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no obligations or liability under it.
  3. This Agreement governs only the rights and obligations between you and the Operator regarding the App; it does not alter any arrangement between you and Apple.

7. User Content

  1. Photos you take with the App belong to you.
  2. Your photos are saved to your device's album and are processed locally on your device; the App does not upload your photos to our servers.
  3. To enable the App's capture and save features, you grant us a limited license to process the above content on your device.
  4. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for how you use it.

8. Intellectual Property and License

  1. The App itself — including but not limited to its software code, interface design, camera and filter recipes, and documentation — is owned by the Operator or its respective right holders. Copyright © MFASTA Inc.
  2. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store usage rules.
  3. Except for the rights expressly granted in this Agreement, no other intellectual property license is granted to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App, reverse-engineer it or attempt to extract its source code; rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App; or circumvent its subscription verification.

9. Rules of Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

  1. Capture, produce, or distribute content that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others;
  2. Reverse-engineer, crack, tamper with, or circumvent the App's subscription verification;
  3. Interfere with the normal operation of the App in any way.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. The App is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties regarding its fitness or uninterrupted availability.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
  3. Filter and rendering results depend on device hardware, settings, and shooting conditions; we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
  4. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

  1. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described in Section 3.
  2. If you materially breach this Agreement — including circumventing the subscription verification or using the App for unlawful purposes — we may suspend or terminate your license to use the App and take other measures permitted by applicable law.
  3. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) remain in effect. Termination of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 5 or under Apple's policies.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be announced in app release notes. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

The formation, validity, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
