Which platforms does IFME Cam support?
IFME Cam is available on iOS and Android. You can sign in with your Apple account, and subscription payments are handled through the Apple and Android platform billing systems.
Where are my photos stored?
Photos and videos you take are saved to your device's album. Camera and storage permissions are only used to capture and save your photos and videos, and you can control them in system settings.
What is IFME PRO membership?
IFME PRO unlocks premium camera packs, filters and effects. It includes a 7-day free trial, then renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel. Refunds for the first renewal billing cycle are available per our refund policy.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@mfasta.com to request account deletion. We verify your identity and process the request within 15 business days. Account deletion is irreversible.
Does IFME Cam collect my location?
Location access is optional and only used to write location information into your photos if you enable it. You can turn it off at any time in system settings.
