If your actions violate any provisions of applicable laws and regulations and may constitute a crime, you will be subject to criminal liability and bear all legal responsibilities.

After completing the registration process of this service and successfully registering, you can use your Apple account to log in to your Eloquium account (hereinafter referred to as "Account"). Eloquium only provides users with radio playback services and cannot control the content played through this service. Refund applications will be processed within 15 business days. If a free trial member does not apply for a refund within the billing cycle of the first automatic renewal service automatic deduction, Eloquium will consider it as a waiver of the refund.
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this refund policy cannot fully enumerate and cover all rights and obligations between you and Eloquium, and are subject to the current effective and updated subscription service related policies of Android and Apple platforms. The existing agreements cannot fully guarantee that they meet the needs of future development. Eloquium may modify this agreement from time to time according to changes in applicable laws and regulations and the subscription service related policies of Android and Apple platforms, as well as the need to maintain service order and protect member rights and interests. The modified agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Change Matters") will be notified to you through legal or agreed procedures and will take effect in accordance with the law.
