Eloquium is a retro-style radio application, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Except for the minimal technical data necessary for login authentication and push notifications, we do not collect, store, or use any of your personal information.

In the process of using the "Eloquium" software and services, we follow the principles of "minimal collection" and "no collection":

1. Providing Radio Features

When you use "Eloquium" and related services:

  1. The application requires network permissions to connect to radio servers and play audio streams. Network requests are only used to obtain radio content, and we do not record or store any network request information.
  2. The application may require audio playback permissions to play radio content. This permission is only used for playback functionality and will not be used for other purposes.
  3. The application may require storage permissions (if applicable) to cache audio data to improve playback experience. Cached data is only stored locally on your device, and we cannot access it.

Please understand that the above permissions are only used to provide radio playback functionality, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any related information.

2. Logging into "Eloquium" and Related Services

You can choose to use Apple account authorization to log in to "Eloquium". During the login process, Apple provides us with a unique User Identifier to identify your account. This identifier is only used to maintain your login session and synchronize your favorites data. We do not associate it with your personal identity information, nor do we use it for any other purpose. We do not store your Apple account email, name, or other personal information.

3. Subscription Services

When you subscribe to "Eloquium" premium features, payment processing is completed by platform service providers such as Apple or Google. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information (including bank card information, payment accounts, etc.). All payment-related information is processed by the respective platform service providers and is subject to their privacy policies.

4. Message Notifications

When you choose to enable push notifications, Apple Push Notification service (APNs) provides us with a device Push Token, which is used to send notifications to you. This token is only used for push functionality and cannot be used to identify you personally. If you do not wish to receive push notifications, you can turn off the push notification function of "Eloquium" in the system settings. When "Eloquium" releases new services or features, we may also send service information to you through pop-ups.

II. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Eloquium does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.

We do not set cookies, local storage, or other tracking identifiers on your device. All features of the application do not require the use of these technologies.

III. Entrusted Processing

Eloquium does not entrust any third party to process your personal information.

Since we do not collect your personal information, there is no situation of entrusted processing.

If you use an Apple account to log in, you can cancel authorization for "Eloquium" through system settings. Before deleting your account, we will reply to you within 15 business days and verify your identity, and reply and process after confirmation. You know and understand that account deletion is an irreversible action. Once you delete your account, we will stop providing you with related services.
